Coach Michael Veneziale is please to introduce this year’s Thunderhawks Women’s Indoor Soccer Team members:
Katie Arpin, Carly Marson, Alexa Metselaar, Sara Leccese, Amanda Dool, Christiana Samai, Kelsey Crego, Sarah Lalonde, Katie-Lee Samas, Roby Lombardo, Riley Saunders, Alyssa Dufresne and Pam Warford.
Competition Schedule Team will play weekly in the Thunder Bay Elite Women’s Soccer League at the Sports Dome. The league usually runs form early October to late March. A team of 13 athletes and coach will travel to compete at the OCAA Central West Regional Indoor Soccer Championships. The Championships will play on March 5th, 2012 hosted by Conestoga College and held at the OSA Centre in Vaughan, ON.

Coach Michael Veneziale is an active member of our local soccer scene. His passion & dedication to this sport is evident throughout his soccer career (player & coach). During his time as a Confederation College student, Michael was a strong student athlete on our Men’s Indoor Soccer team. Michael’s philosophy is hardwood and respect to all those who participate in the wonderful game of soccer. He teaches and demonstrates through example. We welcome Michael to our “team” and believe he will bring a great presence to our squad.
