Hours approximately 7 per week as scheduled
Qualifications Dynamic, outgoing personality, good communication skills and

comfortable working independently. Willing to take the initiative to

meet, welcome and include international students in on-campus

activities and workshops, including students who may have limited

English skills. Must be creative and able to generate ideas for extra

off-campus activities. Cultural awareness and interest in

multiculturalism and diversity is also important. Students from any

program may apply, however this may appeal to those in

International Business, Tourism and Travel or Recreation. Must

have a driver's license.
Duties Arrange and lead tours activities. Promote International support

services on-campus at various functions. Communicate regularly

with International Students and help them to know the city and

campus, advising on social issues or supporting each one as

necessary. Must be available to lead activities some evenings and

or weekends.
