Qualifications Knowledge of computers and College student software (Windows,

MS Office, Internet Applications, Blackboard, TLM, etc.) Ability to

troubleshoot minor computer hardware/software/networking

problems. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal),

as well as strong customer service focus is required.
Duties Assist in the supervising, scheduling, guidance, and training of

Junior Student Help Desk Advisor staff. Provides general first level

computer related assistance to college students ( i.e. helping

students with basic printing, software instruction, and login

problems) in a lab setting.
